My name is Kyende Kinoti. I have several years of experience helping governments, nonprofits, and mission-driven companies turn their social missions into clear, workable programs.

I design strategies, programs, learning journeys, and facilitation formats that support teams to manage and deliver their work more effectively, navigate complexity, and develop community-centred results across multiple countries and contexts.

Experience Snapshot

Over the past several years, I have:

Founded and led Adaptive Leadership Training, designing and facilitating workshops, deep dives, and custom programs that help individuals, teams, and organisations navigate complexity and lead change.

Designed and delivered capacity-building programs for ministers, senior officials, and civil society leaders through the Open Government Leadership Collaborative (OGLC) at the Open Government Partnership, including collaborations with INSP, OECD, and AFD / Expertise France’s PAGOF program. I delivered workshops and facilitation formats across Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, building learning communities and peer cohorts focused on open government, participation, and leadership.

Advised and trained 30+ organisations globally as a Feedback Trainer at Feedback Labs, helping teams use feedback to improve services, strengthen client experience, and achieve their key performance indicators.

Developed curricula and learning materials on citizen engagement, youth empowerment, and responsible technology for organisations including the National Democratic Institute, Scattergood Foundation, and Omidyar Network.

Supported public servants in the French education system as part of the Ministry of Education, designing age-appropriate syllabi and integrating intercultural elements into classroom practice.

Organised and streamlined large bodies of learning resources, including managing and systematising 300+ tools and materials for feedback and learning communities.

Managed end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder convenings, including speaker support, agenda design, participant experience, accessibility services, and post-event learning.

My work on designing for social impact has been picked up in academic and practitioner communities.

Whether you are planning a new initiative or refining an existing one, I would be happy to discuss what kind of design support could be most useful.
