About Me
My name is Kyende Kinoti. I’m a program design specialist and facilitator helping organisations build high-quality, community-centred programs that reflect their social mission. I blend rigorous program design, accessible leadership training, and pragmatic tools to help teams move from ideas to real-world results.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked with governments, nonprofits, and mission-driven organisations across twenty-five countries, designing learning programs, building toolkits, shaping policy education, and supporting teams to collaborate more effectively.
I am also the founder of Adaptive Leadership Training, where I support individuals, teams, and organisations navigate complexity, build alignment, and lead change with confidence, using simple, human-centred approaches.
I am currently part of the SINGA Paris Incubator and was selected as a Finalist for the Social Shifters x QBE Foundation Community Challenge, recognising the impact and innovation of my work.
